The Zoota Data Privacy Office (DPO) ensures compliance with this Policy and promotes a culture of privacy across the organisation. Its core responsibilities include;

- Monitoring emerging privacy regulations and updating policies accordingly.
- Collaborating with global partners to align practices with international standards.
